Dr. Shimul Das
Professor, Agrotechnology Discipline, Khulna University
Dr. Das is currently working on standardization of molecular detection methods of plant RNA and DNA viruses alongside their metagenomic analyses prioritizing Transcriptomics and Proteomics. He is also devoted in understanding the epidemiological, biological and transmission behavior of agronomic and horticultural plant viruses and their vector insects. All his research findings will facilitate paving the way of optimizing the IPM (Integrated Pest Management) to control or suppress the plant invisible foes.
