Md. Mourtuza Ahamed is working as an Associate Professor of Business Administration Discipline at Khulna University in Bangladesh. He completed MBA from the University of Dhaka and then an advance diploma in Human Resources Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management, Dhaka.  His generic area of specialization is Human Resources Management. His contemporary research works focuses on the HR practices in the context of developing countries in the areas like Strategic Human Resource Management, Labor relations; employee turnover and talent management. He also has involvement in Newspaper column writing.
