Professor Dr. Ashraf is one of the pioneering female scientists in the field of Animal Biotechnology in Bangladesh. She was appointed as a faculty member of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering Discipline, Khulna University in 1997. Apart from her academic activities, she has also garnered numerous accolades for additional roles both in the discipline and university administration. Dr. Ashraf has been well-reputed as an active and experienced academic and her laboratory is always welcoming to enthusiastic researchers and collaborators.
