Md. Salahuddin Mina
Assistant Professor
Md. Salahuddin Mina is currently pursuing his PhD in Physics degree at the
Incheon National University, South Korea. He received his B.Sc. (Hon's) and MS in Physics (2013)
from Jahangirnagar University Bangladesh. He did his MS Thesis on Material
Science. In November 11, 2013 he joined as a Lecturer in Physics Discipline at Khulna University,
Bangladesh. Now he is working as an Assistant Professor in
Physics since May 16, 2016. His current research is
focusing on Nano-photoelectronics devices fabrication and characterization.
