Benojir AHAMMED
Assistant Professor

Benojir Ahammed was born in Jashore District of Bangladesh. Mr. Ahammed completed the secondary and higher secondary education from his was home district. Later, he completed the B.Sc (Hon’s) and M.Sc in Statistics degrees from Rajshashi University, one of the oldest higher educational institutions of Bangladesh, with outstanding academic records. A recipient of two most prestigious awards of Rajshashi University, the “Khandakar Monowar Memorial Award” and “Merit Award,”. Mr. Ahammed attended various national/international seminars, workshops, training and conferences to explore new knowledge from the experts and to hone his skills. From September, 2013, Mr. Ahammed has been serving as a faculty of Statistics Discipline under Science, Engineering and Technology School of Khulna University. He was appointed as Lecturer, and later promoted to Assistant Professor from November, 2015. He has published several articles in renowned peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. His research interest covers Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, and Machine Learning.
